Phase 1: Self Discovery

Phase 2: Intergenerational Exchange

Instructions:

Approach someone who seems different from you—perhaps in appearance, culture, or interests with a smile (they could become your new BFFs) and invite them to join you on this next section of the quest. It will only take a few minutes (or as long as feels right). This is a chance for authentic, vulnerable connecting.

Before you start, lay out some ground rules about how the conversation will go. You will be asking and sharing meaningful questions and answers. Make sure they are aware of the purpose of this conversation. Talk about the questions first, and make sure they feel comfortable having this type of honest, vulnerable conversation.
